2. Accurate Profile Information

You are required to maintain accurate, up-to-date profile information, including social media handles, follower counts, and demographic data.

3. Brand Collaborations

Creators agree to complete collaborations in a professional, timely manner as per campaign requirements. This includes submitting content, adhering to deadlines, and providing performance insights when requested.

4. Content Standards

• Content must be original and not infringe upon any third-party rights.
• It must comply with community guidelines and legal standards.
• Disclosures for paid partnerships and sponsored posts must be clear and visible.

5. Compensation

Payment terms for each collaboration will be communicated prior to campaign initiation. Delays or non-compliance with deliverables may affect payment release.

6. License to Use Content

By participating in a campaign, you grant Influserv and its brand partners a non-exclusive license to use, repost, and promote your content for marketing and promotional purposes.

7. Confidentiality

Creators must not disclose any confidential information or campaign details without prior written consent.

8. Account Suspension

Influserv may suspend or terminate your creator account for violations such as dishonesty, non-performance, or abusive behavior.

9. Amendments

We may update these Creator Terms from time to time. Continued participation after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
